Interfaith Dental is a volunteer-driven nonprofit agency that helps vulnerable populations achieve and sustain and healthy smile. Interfaith Dental’s mission is to create a healthier community by providing transformational oral health care for those experiencing poverty.
Interfaith Dental now serves vulnerable populations in two clinic locations within a ten-county region of Middle Tennessee. Interfaith Dental focuses on life transformation through dentistry offering both access to oral health services as well as education, motivation, and inspiration.

The Development Associate plays a vital role in supporting Interfaith Dental’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This individual brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and sharp attention to detail to the management of donor data and gift processing. They are passionate about connecting the philanthropic goals of diverse communities to our mission and ensuring an exceptional donor experience.
This position supports the organization’s comprehensive donor relations strategy, including stewardship and retention efforts, timely and accurate gift acknowledgements, event support, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the donor database. Click here to learn more or to apply!
The Director of Operations will serve as a key leader responsible for optimizing the day-to-day operations of our two healthcare facilities. This role ensures that patient care services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our mission, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals. The Patient Care Coordinator reports directly to the Clinic Office Manager. The Patient Care Coordinator is to uphold the mission of Interfaith Dental and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact with patients over the phone or on arrival and the last point of contact after a patient appointment.
