How can my organization partner with SMILE ON 65+?
Our Community Dental Health Coordinators are available to provide training to community partner staff on the importance of oral health care for older adults as well as what options are available for older adults that need dental care, including the SMILE ON 65+ program.
Community Dental Health Coordinators can also provide oral health care education directly to groups of older adults. If you are interested in having an educational presentation or a Dental Bingo at your site, please contact Mattie Callahan, Program Administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Organizations may also refer clients that appear eligible to the program using our Referral Form or having them call our hotline at 1-800-509-6055. Clients will be pre-screened for eligibility and connected with their closest available partner clinic to verify eligibility.
